over night historical data missing

I am missing the over night data
Ive done the edit>deleteand dload
Ive done the global>symbol settings>update (to no avail)
The symbols appear to match the cqg symbols I am using
CL,NQ and Es are all problematic
Ive searched in archives as well as online and still no ON data
Not having this problem on IB
Receiving "performing full recalculation because it has been tagged......." in the log
On login I receive "Download Failed Error receiving historical intraday data for F.US.EPH22.
Data for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to id.x)is not allowed"
Data begins after I login to SC

Did Not Work!
Please Reset My accnt to pckg 3/CQG data
Its been nearly 3 weeks since Ive been able to rely on my charts/data
My strategies etc have been derived from cqg or rithmic data (trust)
Since I started the pkg 12 trial I have had nothing but problems
I am at my wits end with this

1. delayed data
2. trade window switching to sim when I tried to make a trade
3. missing ON data
4. Charts not Migrating

Please reset as stated above

What did not work exactly? We have activated the exchange for you now. It is 3.50 USD per month for:
  Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts

This makes no sense and it does not matter where the data comes from:
My strategies etc have been derived from cqg or rithmic data (trust)

Restart Sierra Chart.

After that follow the instructions here to download any missing data:

I still do not have historical ON data on CQG

When I switch to SC data I have the ON data but my trade window reverts to sim and will not let me trade
Ive completed CME's non-pro agreement

We see you are using CQG, you are not using our own data feeds. Therefore, as a matter of policy we cannot help. We will not provide technical help for market data from other sources under any circumstances whatsoever. Sorry, you need to use our data feed. That is a firm policy. Please let us know if you want help setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed from Sierra Chart.

Apparently its a SC issue not a data issue, as the problem originally started when I switched to denali from rithmic
It required phone support from SC engineers to fix
Ive never had this problem prior to switching to/from denali
My IB data has no issues, as that was never switched
I would think this should be covered by SC's support, as the evidence clearly points to a problem with settings
To that end, if there is a settings issue and the solution is documented, then SC should stand by its charting software no matter who the data feed is from.
As a long time customer this is get very frustrating

Yes we do remember doing a remote assistance session but we do not think we did anything to fix the issue in your case:
It required phone support from SC engineers to fix

At the time the data was downloading without issue. We may have just re-downloaded the data in case there was any missing data.
