There are a couple of issues. First, we see the following: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Logon error received from server: permission denied
Double check your Username and Password for Rithmic as you have entered them in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. If you are sure they are entered correctly and you continue to have this issue then you will need to ask your broker and possibly reset your password. Second, we see the following: Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2
This means that you have two different Sierra Chart connections to the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time from two different computers.
