I tried to place an order again and it didn't work so I looked at the trade service log and it said I had the wrong amount of lots selected for my trade configuration. So I selected the right amount and I was able to enter an order successfully. So now my question is, if I originally had "3" selected for my order quantity, why did it automatically switch to 2? Is there any reason that could have happened or must it have been that I somehow changed the quantity on accident? I was executing with the keyboard at the time the issue occurred so I couldn't have used my mouse to change the quantity selection. Thanks, at least I know that I should check the trade service log in the future if there's a problem. |
