Hi, I was just trading and then all of the sudden I can't place an order. I took two trades back to back, both winners. I'm in a tryout account but the Account Monitor/Balance window shows that trading has not been locked, I haven't broken any of their rules, I haven't violated any of the global profit loss management settings, I'm not trading more contracts than the maximum setting under symbol settings and trading is not locked and trading keyboard shortcuts are enabled and yet I can't place an order from the keyboard or the chart via right click and select from chart shortcut menu. Can you please help me figure out what is going on? Maybe a remote session? Thanks |
