I had similar problem quite a while ago, the very first order of day I sent from a chart window didn't appear on TWS window, but from second order and forward, it seemed fine. I assumed that was caused by IB's API and there were nothing Sierra could do, so I just place orders in TWS window, and didn't bother to check if the issue is still there for the new Sierra versions, I don't want take any chances. |
