Hi. I just the message log through the "Send for Analysis" option. I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I followed the instructions. However, after re-downloading the data, I wasn't sure if you wanted me to wait for the data to fully download, wait a minute and then share the message log. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the data to download. I decided to restart the process and share the log 1 minute after selecting re-downloading data. For good measure, the download just completed so I will also send a second message log a minute after the full download. Just sent it. Time stamp about 8:56AM CST. Message reads, "2nd Message Log after market data fully downloaded, + 1 minute." |
