It will work for one of your alerts, but since you need two of them, then you would need to use a Study in order to hold the other alert. If you already have a study on the chart, then you can use one of them (the alert on the study does not have to use any of the data from the study). Or, if you do not have any studies (or if you just want to have an "Alert" study) then you would need to add some study to the chart, although you can have the study Hidden - so a simple study like Volume, or Study Subgraph Reference would work well.

Then, the alert formula for price increasing for the last 4 bars would be the following:
=AND(C[-3] < C[-2], C[-2] < C[-1], C[-1] < C)

C is the Close of the bar and the number in the brackets is the number of bars back from the current bar.

Also, make sure you look into the option for Evaluate on Bar Close, as this may be a setting you want to use.
