We apologize for the delay. We were helping another Transact user with a connection problem two transact.

This is a Transact server issue! It is not a problem with Sierra Chart.

If you do not want to believe us, then we cannot help you.

You should be aware that we are phasing out support for Transact, and are requesting, strongly requesting, urging, users to move away from Transact on to our Teton order routing and a new broker supporting Teton. More information about this is here:

This transact connection problem should only prove why it is you need to move off of Transact. They do not care about you! And what are they going to tell you that this is a Sierra Chart problem! This is absurd. They are lying to you if that is what they tell you. If you want to believe that nonsense, we cannot help you.

Anyway at this point we are going to have a broker follow up with you. Please contact them and bring an end to this nonsense. We are highly competent and intelligent people at Sierra Chart, and we want the best for our users. Transact is not a part of that. The Teton order routing service which we developed for our user base, is.

These kind of problems are totally exhausting to us. We have had enough of this. Please move on to Teton and a new broker.
