Hi. I sent my log analysis. My charts were up and running all loaded fine, but then a red box popped up in the middle of the session and I think said "product not recognized". Then it finally reconnected, but there was gap in my data or price action. Like I'm missing price data on my chart, looks like a gap. I tried to redownload the data, but it never downloaded. I waited at least 3 to 5 minutes. I restarted the platform still the same. Then I restarted the computer it finally worked, but after 3 minutes or so. I use IBKR's API with SC. I'm wondering if this is a broker issue or maybe just a slow connection issue. |
