Hi,
I signed up with my broker (Optimus Futures) for a trial of Sierra with Rithmic feed on 27Feb. I completed the sign up process but then received a message telling me I only had a day?? and now I receive the error message "your paid usage time has ended. Your account is in Free Mode." When I look at the log, apparently my account setup wasn't completed properly-left out some personal details which I thought were optional. I updated my details but nothing has changed.

I liaised with my broker and they advised to send this support ticket through as they only handle the data feed.
Can this be reset please.
