We do not know what they mean about a "Volume Reset", but refer to the following with regards to Volume Filtering: Chart Settings: Volume Filter (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Volume Filter Settings menu) As we do not know anything about the custom study, you really need to ask the developer for more information on what may be occurring and why and get more information from them.
