You have not activated any exchanges to enable the real-time data. That is why you are getting the delayed data. You can activate the exchanges you want by selecting the appropriate section from this page:

Select the link for the Activate/Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feeds for the appropriate exchange for which you want the real-time data, then activate the particular exchange(s) you want active on that page. Repeat as necessary for other exchanges you want (for instance, select the link for the NASDAQ data if you want the NASDAQ exchange, and then activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, then go back to that same main page and select the link for the CME Group, and activate any exchanges in there you want).
