Why do I have a 10 minute delay in data feed I am sending you my live chart screen shot I have it set to Sim trading but it show the same on my live account trade window?

You have not activated any exchanges to enable the real-time data. That is why you are getting the delayed data. You can activate the exchanges you want by selecting the appropriate section from this page:

Select the link for the Activate/Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feeds for the appropriate exchange for which you want the real-time data, then activate the particular exchange(s) you want active on that page. Repeat as necessary for other exchanges you want (for instance, select the link for the NASDAQ data if you want the NASDAQ exchange, and then activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, then go back to that same main page and select the link for the CME Group, and activate any exchanges in there you want).

How do I connect my sierra charts account to my live trading account once a month. I have tried everything from disconecting and connecting my account on sierra charts and nothing works

The broker I use is AMP. I get data through denali. This happened after I joined topstep but I went back into my sc data and it is delayed

You need to connect to your AMP account in order to validate that it exists for the CME Group requirement. Most likely they have you setup for CQG, therefore you would follow the instructions at the following link to connect to your CQG account:

You only need to make the connection for about 30 seconds in order to validate the account. Then you can change your Service settings back.

Can I get on the phone with someone through Sierra Charts? I have made sure that on AMPs side I am subscribed to Denali cqg(no data routing only) Sierra charts. Nothing seems to work. I really need to fix this problem.

The problem is you are logging into the wrong Sierra Chart account. Login to Sierra Chart using this Account Name/Username:
