The only real-time data that is included with Sierra Chart is CFD and FOREX data. All other data you either need to get from your trading service or from us. Although we recommend getting the data from us, as the historical data from other services is going to be lacking (including the data that you need to download from when you are not online). Also, if you are wanting data from the CME Group, then you need to understand that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional exchange rates. Therefore, you will need to connect your Sierra Chart to your trading account at least once a month to get the data at the lower rates. You were able to see it during the Trial since the trial gives you access to nearly all of the Sierra Chart capabilities including access to the TPO study. Since you are now on Package 3, you do not have access to this study. You will need to be on the Advanced package to use the TPO study.
