We do not observe this problem. Refer to the attached quote board. We get the same prices for each of these contracts. In the newer Sierra Chart versions, you must use the new symbol format to be able to trade from the chart or Trade DOM and to be able to access the correct symbol settings. Kind of sounds like you are missing some historical data and not seeing the latest prices.
