Question 1: I have recently paid 26 USD on 09 FEB which was for service 3. I need service 5. Can this be activated if I pay an additional $10.00 usd? I selected service 3 in error. can you assist please? Question 2: Is it possible to log into my account via my laptop as well as my main home computer at two separate times? Everytime I attempt to log in to my account on my laptop it never loads the delayed data feed? |
