Soon service package 10 will be required to use CQG, and at some point service package 11 will be required. There are no plans to require service package 12 at this time. It is also possible at some point we could discontinue support for CQG. That would not happen though until 2023 at the soonest. But you can still use Interactive Brokers. And also Sierra Chart is the most important software/component that you use when trading in the markets and which brings success.
