Thought I have been connected to Sierra since November. Not true. Data problems began last week. See, "Hung Order" post. Called AMP, who cut off the data which turns out was coming from CQG. Now no data. Cannot get connected to live data from SC. CME and Green M do not appear at top of page. Two days, unable to trade. Confused and do not know what to do. Have followed all the confusing instructions to the best of my ability. Denali is enabled, Do not want NASDAQ but seems Optional is not optionable but must be a "to do" Help will be appreciated. |
