By an unfortunate turn of fate, your account expired today. We have gone ahead and given you 5 days of service so we can work out your issues.

1. These are not at odds. The problem is that something is not quite setup properly, so you were not getting the Denali Data. But in order to troubleshoot the issue, we want you to be connected to your CQG account. We do this, as this is going to be the way you are going to be setup, so best to get you setup properly the first time.

2. Just leave your Current Selected Service alone and left with CQG. We can troubleshoot from there.

3. Get your Service set to CQG, open your chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will take care of updating your symbols and we can move forward from here.

4. Do not worry about it. Let's just move forward with what we have now.

Yes, we see that you have just the CME Top-of-Book activated. You will still have access to the other data through the end of the month, but this way they will not automatically renew next month.

5. Those are the incorrect symbols for CQG. Follow the previous items of setting your service to CQG and updating the symbols and then see if you have issues. The symbols should look like F.US.????. If they are not, then you would want to update the symbol by going to Chart >> Chart Settings and changing the symbol on that window - you can select the button for Find to bring up the Find Symbol page and then select the symbol from the list.

6. That was a trial of the highest available package. But, it does not override the main subscription Usage Time. It just allows you to use the system as if you had Package 12. But you still need to have an active account.

As noted above, we have given you 5 days, so you have a few days to add funds and activate your account again.

7. First, there is the Sierra Chart Usage Time. You pay for this by selecting whichever package you need.

If you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12. Then there are also the exchange fees above the cost of the Sierra Chart Usage Time.

We were just referring to the Exchange Fees with the particular item you reference.

8. First, let's make sure you are getting the Denali data. Once that is the case, then you will want to redownload all the data, as the data you have in your charts right now is from CQG. It is best to have it all from one source, so we are recommending deleting all the old CQG data and have it replaced with the Denali data.

But, again, first let's ensure you are getting the data from us and that you have the [M] showing properly.
