1) On January 25, 2022 you changed your package from Package 12 to Package 5. In doing so, you turned off the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So you are no longer getting any real-time data from us. The easy fix is to change your package to Package 11. You only need to be on Package 12 if you want the Market by Order data (which is fine, if you need to be on Package 12, then change to it instead). You will then get the real-time data for the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals", as this exchange is still active through the end of the month. The exchange will then renew on February 1, 2022, so ensure that you have at least $11.00 in your account to cover the cost of the exchange renewal. 2) Are you wanting real-time data for U.S. Stocks or just delayed data (not streaming)?
