I am using OneUp Rithmic. I have followed the Rithmic suggested connection steps and I connect fine. I activated Denali and it worked. However, I reset my OneUp combine and was issued a new evaluation account. When I reconnected through sierra chart I the new account is not received, only the old account.

One Up support reset everything again, and I connected through RTrader Pro and the new evaluation account is active. I also installed Ninja Trader and connected and the new Account connected. However, even after uninstalling and reinstalling Sierra Chart, While I can connect to the Rithmic Data feed, I don't receive the current active OneUp account so I am unable to place trades.

Is there a way to manually define the account name or force an update of the current active account when connecting to the rithmic feed using my credentials?
