Dear Sierra Support, I am in the process of switching from TransAct to Stage 5 Trading to take advantage of Teton. My user name with Sierra Chart is currently "Transact_User_vdhoek". Stage 5 asked for that because they said they need it to set up my new account to take advantage of Teton. However, if I am moving away from TransAct, it doesn't seem logical to continue to have "TransAct_User_..." as part of my user ID with Sierra. Is there a way to simply change it to "vdhoek" or to change it to some other name according to your naming conventions? Of course, I am still with Infinity (TransAct) and a few days are needed to make the transition from one broker to the other (i.e. it might mess things up with TransAct if I change the name for the sake of Stage 5). I ask this question because other users may be in the same boat as myself. Could you advise how to go about making a user name change like this to exclude having "TransAct" as part of it?
