No. Not at all. You cannot access market data at that speed over wide area networks. It will lead to data delays, and packet loss which further increased delays.

There is a certain point, at which, reducing latency with market data over wide area networks, causes the very opposite condition and drastically increases transmission times and causes overloading conditions.
