When playing the exact same sound (file) else where (outside of sierra chart), i.e. when double clicking on the file, it plays without any issues. For some reasons, in sierra chart I can’t play the sound. As mentionned earlier, I did go to General Setings/Alerts General 3 tab and clicking on test sound, the sound doesn’t play and I get the error message in the message log as explained earlier. |
