Dear All,
I am writing to you to inform you that today I have noticed after login to SC that my charts are delayed 10-11 minutes.

In the past I followed your standard notice related clarifying how to continue to receive real-time CME data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on my account and fulfilled all the conditions.

1. I try to connect Sierra Chart to my live trading account at least once a month.
2. Followed the Easy Solution To CME Funded Trading Account Requirement instructions and had funded trading accout with AMP Futures company and my ballance is high, higher than required.


On the other note, having an account with AMP Futures is it possible to use the fully independent and zero transaction fee Teton Order Routing Service recommented by SC recently?

Additionally I thought that I have a trading account for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, assigned to mySierra Chart account?
Per information on portal in this case it is not necessary to connect once a month to a trading account since it is already known that you have a trading account. In this case the real time CME data will already be authorized.

Please turn on my REAL TIME data charts.
