If you are referring to the Global Profit/Loss Management tool, then this does take into account the full Profit/Loss for your account. The one thing we want to point out (and this is mentioned in the documentation for the tool) is that you need to have an open Chart or Trade DOM for the symbols that you want to apply to the Global Profit/Loss Management tool.
