Hello

That is strange. I opened that chartbook and changed a time frame on that chart from 1m to 2m and again I got same problem.

I live in Calgary Alberta, Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7).
You have all my information correct.
We can connect tomorrow 2 hours after US Market opens.It would be 9.30am Calgary time. So anytime after that you can call me.
