I upgraded for service package 11 and I understand it was updated instantly by prorating what I have left on my account and I have now Denali data. I followed integration with trading services page for proper set up.
I don't have a letter [M] after NQ and ES symbol but there is a letter [C] after the symbol.
According to my charts I still don't have historical data.
I updated my charts back to continuous contract mode to see if I get a historical data and it did not do anything either.

I have a letter [M] after US equities symbol and I have a historical data for US equities.


I trade future indexes, particularly NQ and ES and US equities. I am paying monthly for Denali Data Feed to trade US stocks and I pay for US exchange here.
Rithmic is my trading servise and I pay $11 for CME level 2 data to my broker.
I was satisfied with what I had here before the update and I wonder what else I need to get to have everything working again? And how much will it cost?
