The problem is that you can not use the Continuous Futures Contracts option with Rithmic data. They do not support the historical data for previous contracts, so you will never get out of the loop you are in - of the system trying to get the previous data, then failing. Remove the Continuous Futures Contract option from your charts and then let us know if you are still having an issue.
