The primary reason this occurs is because you are trying to use the Numbers Bars with a Daily (or higher) timeframe which does not have the Ask/Bid information to create the Numbers Bars. If that is not the case, then we would first want to see your Message Log to see if there is information in there regarding why you would be having an issue. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with and ensure that the study is on the chart. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
