Yes the account identifier is too long based upon the particular DTC Protocol encoding method being used by Rithmic. It must be shortened to be 31 characters or less. We do not know what this is referring to, and this is not related to the length issue: After some time running SierraChart the account with the very long name disappears from the drop down list in the trade manager.
