First, make sure that your new instance has the correct setting for the Data folder location. This is in Global Settings >> General Settings. You may also want to enable the option for Always use 'Data' folder within main folder. Refer to the information at the following link and the section after it: General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths) We really need to know the exact message you are getting in terms of the service package not supporting the function, as it really does not make sense given that you are on Package 11. Just in case, make sure you are logging into both installations using the same Account Name. Your recurring services are fine. And yes, you do need to have an exchange active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The Data Feed Fee is included with packages 10, 11, and 12, but you need to choose, and pay for, the specific exchanges for which you want the real-time data.
