Restart Sierra Chart and follow through the instructions given. Be sure to update to the latest prerelease. The version number has not changed but we added support for historical Forex data from Sierra Chart servers

I would like to know if I could get 3 months of service to offset not having the ability to use the charts?
No. This is not possible. We cannot be paying for Interactive Brokers limitations and issues.
