Hi, I wanted to follow up on getting the messages on the Historical Charts, which slows down the charts coming up. Has this been fixed because I'm still getting it? Also, has the cash Forex been fixed as well or what do I have to do? This has been going on for over a year, which I was not getting adequate service with my charts. I was at the point of finding another service, but I gave it a last chance and thanks that you have been able to get it working at least 80%. I would like to know if I could get 3 months of service to offset not having the ability to use the charts? I would appreciate it.
