thanks for the reply. I was just going to use rithmic, which I do not like but have to suffer in order to try out the funded trader.
However, this morning (GMT) in order to get things working I deposited funds into my Amp account to reactivate services and currently all seems to be working I will leave things as they currently are.

Right now, you are probably getting your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed (if the setting for General Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, then you are getting the data from us). As such, just be aware that on December 1, 2021, you will no longer be using our data feed and the system will automatically be getting the data from Rithmic. You may have issues with the historical data downloading depending on how many days you are trying to get. Just be aware of the information at the following link:

As for what you need for Rithmic Paper Trading, it would be either package 10 or 11 (required for Rithmic Connectivity) and which package is dependent on what you nee (Package 11 is the Advanced package with TPO and Numbers Bars). You would not need anything else, unless you wanted to get the data from us, in which case you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which can create issues with the non-professional status.
