Check the Server selection you have in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and ensure that the choice makes sense for what you are wanting to do.

Also, check your Trade >> Trade Service Log after you place the order and see what information is in there as to why there is not a response from Rithmic.

And finally, check your Message Log to see if there is information in there about the connection to Rithmic trading.
