Are you using this setting?: Chart Settings: Combine Trades into Original Summary Trade (Data Feed and Exchange Specific) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) Update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. If there still is a problem, would have to be that the exchange is not giving correct timestamps at times.
