The reason why the EUREX is not showing is because the Teton Direct Order Routing Service does not support trading the EUREX. The immediate solution is to install a second Sierra Chart, which will have a default setting for the Current Selected Service of SC Data - All Services. You will be able to bring up symbols for both the CME Group and EUREX in this installation and you can continue to use your other installation for the CME Group. Refer to the following for instructions to install another Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time If you want to trade EUREX, you will need to have a different account from the one you created with Stage 5. If you end up creating a separate account somewhere for trading EUREX, then you can setup that second installation for that trading account. We will also check into allowing the EUREX data to be accessible when your service is set to the Teton Direct Order Routing.
