With regards to the Historical data, refer to the following:
Historical Data on the New Rithmic Connection

Also, you will not be able to get data for previous contracts with Rithmic, so make sure that your chart is not a "Continuous Contract Futures Chart". You will want to make sure that the option is set to "None".

If you still have issues with getting the real-time data after going through the above, let us know.
