It seems like it should be working, however equity data is not streaming and I still get the yellow error message on the chart when I load the program. The error says: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized" I've restarted the software a few times and I've gone back through all the steps on Setup Instructions. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions I should mention also that nothing has been changed since it was working yesterday before they flagged the application and blocked the feed. Can you please advise next steps to take? |
