I had the exact same problem as above. Most likely due to the email I was using tied to a business. I have re-submitted the forms after changing my account email as indicated here. Is there anything more than can be done to help resolve this issue? I email barchart also, but that was before I found this thread and re-submitted with the changed email address. My data is currently not working and still says "exchange not authorized" when I load.
