Our servers show that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. This means that you would be getting data from us, but you do not have any data feeds setup with us. Therefore, you would only get the included real-time data from us, which is the CFD, Forex, and Market Statistics, along with the delayed streaming data for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here:
