Sorry for the confusion. First of all, we have set your account back to Package 5. You do not need to be on Package 10, as that is just for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The U.S. Equities exchange is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. In order to get that data you will need to have a total of $35.50 in your account. There is a $25.00 fee for the data feed itself and then $10.50 for the exchange. We can take care of getting this setup for you in the U.S. morning (about 13 hours from now), as long as you have enough funds in your account by then. Just let us know by responding in this ticket.
