hi, i haven't logged onto the pplatform for a couple of months, logged in fine and its downloading the historic data for the symbol i choose but i'm no longer getting real time live price and data, its just a fixed chart once downloaded? thanks |

According to our servers, your Sierra Chart software has the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. You are also not paying us for any real-time data, therefore you would only have real-time data for Forex, CFD, and Market Statistics. Refer to the following: Real-Time Data But, you should be getting delayed streaming data for any symbols that trade on the CME Group or EUREX. Delayed Exchange Data Feed Let us know what data you want to have and we can direct you from there. Note that if you are not trading live, then we recommend using the delayed data, as it is at no extra cost and acts like real-time data. Hi John, I had the live data feed previously. Logged in after 2 months and funded my account and now it’s no longer on?

We see that you did have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active with the U.S. Equities exchange. The data feed and exchanges were turned off on September 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account to renew them. The $35.50 per month that you were paying for that data is due on the first day of each month. As long as you have enough funds in your account, then it will automatically renew. Thanks I have figured it out again and nearly got it back activated, I just need to activate the exchange but can’t remember which one it if for US equities? Thanks

Tried activating the NYSE Exchange and it says I don’t have the Denali real time activated, pretty sure I have just been through it and done this. This happened when I first got the platform and I ended up having to pay again to change the subscription. Can you please tell me how to fix this, it’s a nightmare trying to get setup on here

Sorry for the confusion. First of all, we have set your account back to Package 5. You do not need to be on Package 10, as that is just for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The U.S. Equities exchange is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. In order to get that data you will need to have a total of $35.50 in your account. There is a $25.00 fee for the data feed itself and then $10.50 for the exchange. We can take care of getting this setup for you in the U.S. morning (about 13 hours from now), as long as you have enough funds in your account by then. Just let us know by responding in this ticket. Do I need the Sierra real time feed or Denali real time feed for us equities? I did all this months ago and it was a nightmare then, surely there’s an easier way to setting this up, the website doesn’t explain it properly at all

Sorry, one more question… with the package 5 I will pay $35 per month for the advanced charting package, then a further $25 + $10.50 for the 250 real time data symbols and the US equities exchange data?
