Tried activating the NYSE Exchange and it says I don’t have the Denali real time activated, pretty sure I have just been through it and done this. This happened when I first got the platform and I ended up having to pay again to change the subscription. Can you please tell me how to fix this, it’s a nightmare trying to get setup on here
