Is there a way to fix it to show full CME products until I get this resolved with AMP?

Unfortunately, no, there is no way to "fix" this except to get the trading account with AMP figured out.

Most likely, since the AMP Trading Account Authorization failed, you will need to connect to your trading account and then you can change back to Rithmic. Refer to the information here:

Most likely you are setup with CQG with AMP. Check with them for sure. You could also be setup with Rithmic with them. Once you know, let us know so we can point you to the proper instructions.
