Part of the problem is that you have two exchanges active for your Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. They are the following:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
- CBOT E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account

Additionally, you have not connected to a qualified trading account in order to validate your non-professional status. Refer to the following for more information:

Therefore, we need to know if you have, or are going to have, a live, funded futures trading account such that you can get the non-professional exchange, or if you are just going to pay the professional exchange fees (which you have already done for this month (November).
