Thanks for that. I didn't have it set to tick by tick data, which I changed, then reloaded my chart data but it didn't work - still bad ticks showing incorrect volume. I then tried to follow the instructions to activate the Sierra real time and historical feed but had to give up as I got TOTALLY lost, concluding that it wanted me to pay for a feed that is supposed to be free (I'm on the trial trying to work out if Sierra number bars are an adequate alternative to Market Delta Footprint). Is there an idiot guide to getting the Sierra fee to work? Thanks Simon
