Hi - I'm using the OEC live feed into Sierra Charts and using the number bars study to show me a footprint. The issue is that the Sierra number bars are not accurately displaying the proper ticks and volume that my OEC is giving it. For example, I'm trading the GCLJ4 crude light contract and the low of day on the number bars at 97.57 shows 45x10 i.e. 55 contracts traded. However, my OEC feed (through my trading platform) only shows 20 traded at the 97.57 low. I have checked this with other traders and there were only 20 contracts traded at that low. Any idea what to do to fix the Sierra Charts/number bars? Thanks Simon
