In order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to go through all of the items in the Setup Instructions that are found at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Note that part of the process is filling out the Exchange Agreements. You have already done this, but you completed them as a Professional. It sounds like you opened an account with AMP specifically to qualify as a non-professional for the CME Group and hence get the lower priced exchanges. Therefore, you will need to redo the exchange agreements and fill them out as a non-professional. When you have this part completed, let us know as we will have to manually change your status from Professional to Non-Professional so you can finish the setup.
